Avril 2009: Pénélope fait une recherche sur les animaux. Elle tombe en amour avec le hérisson, nous de même.
Mai 2009: En famille, nous faisons la tournée des animaleries et des éleveurs d'hérissons. On sillonne les rues du Québec. Notre choix s'arrête chez un éleveur à Legardeur (merci Chantale!).
En été 2009 débute l'histoire de Papiko, sa «vraie histoire»! Notre hérissonne arrive ici début juin. Pénélope l'apprivoise, en prend soin, la cajole et la rend sociale. Nous en profitons pour débuter une histoire qui sera publiée. Toute la famille y participe, que ce soit pour le scénario, la prise de photos, le traitement d'images, la correction. . . tout y passe.
Le processus de création était lancé en voici le résultat:
28 septembre 2009: Papiko est acceptée par Apple. Youpi!

Depuis ce jour: Mise en oeuvre de Papiko 2, toujours en famille.
